This software manages a construction company’s relationships with all of its suppliers and sub-contractors. It provides an internet marketplace for the suppliers and sub-contractors to bid on new jobs posted by the construction company that are relative to their trade. Suppliers and subs are able to view all documents associated with the job, including construction plans and blueprints, before even bidding on a job. Once the construction company accepts a bid, all other subs and contractors are locked out of that job, and the different stages and activities of that job are displayed on the accepted supplier’s calendar with each activities estimated start date and elapsed time.
